Nice and renewed (2015) apartment in downtown Amsterdam. Within walking distance of the lively Utrechtsestraat with all the nice restaurants and shops. Very good connection to public transportation. This apartment is located on the 3rd floor (US counting).
LAYOUT
You enter the apartment through the hall. Then you come to the cozy living room. This is nicely decorated. The living room has a nice and modern sofa. Next to the seating area is the dining area. Through the living room you reach the open kitchen. This kitchen is well maintained and is equipped with appliances (dishwasher, fridge, freezer and oven). You can reach the balcony through the living room. The balcony is located on the South with a view of the gardens. You hear no sounds from the city here so you can relax on this balcony and enjoy the sun.
The next floor is easy to reach by the stairs. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed. On this floor you also have a window through which you have a nice view of the gardens.
With a loft ladder you can reach the top floor. This is a wonderful office space. When you sit at the desk, you also look out over the gardens through the window. Here is also room for a bed or a wardrobe.
The bathroom has been renewed and looks neat. There is a toilet and a shower with a sink including large mirror.
In the hall you will find a large storage cabinet with laundry room. Here is the washing machine. You also have space to store stuff here.
