LAYOUT
The house is located on the fourth floor (US counting) and can only be reached by stairs (good staircase). Each floor has one apartment in the porch, so plenty of privacy. Upon entering the apartment, you immediately notice how light and spacious the apartment is.
You enter a hall from which all rooms can be reached. The living room has a nice sofa with a nice dresser. A dining area for 4 people is located next to the modern open kitchen including dishwasher.
The main bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has a sofa bed.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and sink. Separate toilet.
Separate closet with a washing machine and dryer.
Balcony and storage box available.
